Infinity Scarves Rule!

The last item I purchased was a blue Infinity Scarf. It was a Christmas gift for my daughter in law. I had one already and love it which is why I am now hoping I'll win another one! All Kettlewell Colours fashions are simply the best and I have never been disappointed.

I used to buy alot of clothes from…

I used to buy alot of clothes from kettlewell but recently I have found their garments to be very expensive and made from cheap material. Delivery is always swift but I wish they had free p+p

Not so good but then really good hence 5 stars

I placed an order on 23/12 but after 2 weeks it still appeared to be stuck 'processing' - also in the meantime the price of the garment was reduced (but my size/colour not available on reduction). I raised this, and not only was my order on its way pdq but I had the further price reduction and free postage. So bit of a blip on order originally but I do not expect perfection in Covid time. But customer service follow up brilliant. Garment with me, fits, very happy....

Catalogue only uses white models

Just received the latest catalog. In a 50-page catalog, only white models are featured. For a brand interested in colour, that's upsetting.

This is the worst customer service I…

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced with an online retail store. I am trying to return items I purchased. Their online return process is experiencing difficulties and I am unable to generate a return label. I have tried calling their toll free number on numerous occasions only to get a busy signal every time. I have also sent numerous emails but have not received a response. This is atrocious and inexplicable behavior by a merchant and I will tell everyone I know not to purchase anything from them.

Order lost

I placed an order on April 17, 2020. I still haven't received my order (Fri. May 22) and have inquired twice. They can't track it but they will not reimburse me.
